DESCRIPTION

First things first: safety. Our water bottle is PVC & BPA free, so no nasty chemicals will sneak their way into your kids’ sips.

What about the chill factor? This awesome bottle keeps drinks frosty cold for a whopping 24 hours! We know because we've put it through rigorous testing, and it passed with flying colours. And when it comes to hot bevs, this bottle keeps them toasty for up to 8 hours.

Accidents happen, but don't fret! This bottle is leak-proof so the kiddos can toss it in their backpack without worrying about soggy surprises.

The spill-proof flip-up spout is a game-changer. Just flip, sip, repeat! We’ve swapped the original soft-spout lid for the hardier hard plastic spout – made tough to take the rigours of even the most vigorous chewers!

And the soft-feel handle makes it easy peasy to carry around wherever their little feet take them.

We've included a removable stainless steel straw, for reusing and looking after the planet. And to keep that straw sparkly clean, there is a stainless steel cleaning brush too.

CARE

Before first use, wash all parts in warm, soapy water, with a soft sponge
Dishwasher safe (just be sure to handwash the silicone straw connector separately!)
Place lid on the top shelf of dishwasher with spout open
Can be filled with hot or warm water; do not fill with boiling water
Take care before consumption of hot liquids to avoid scolding
Carbonated beverages are not recommended
Do not microwave
After use, tighten cup cover and close pop-up straw to avoid spillage
Always open pop-up straw away from the face and body
Clear straw between uses with stainless steel cleaning brush

Shipping

Orders placed before midday on a business day are usually packed and sent the same day. Everything else is dispatched within two business days.

Free standard shipping on orders over $149. Express is $22.95 flat Australia wide, and express orders placed before 8am are shipped that day. Express isn't available during sale periods.

Once your order leaves us, allow up to 4 business days for delivery depending on where you are. WA, NT and remote areas need a few extra days, and Australia Post currently has an estimated 2 to 3 day delay both to and from WA. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.

Sale, holiday and back to school periods are our busiest, so dispatch can take a little longer. We'll always tell you if something is running behind.

We ship to New Zealand, Asia, North America, the UK and Europe via Australia Post International Express, delivered within 4 to 7 business days from dispatch. New Zealand starts at $20 for up to 1kg. Overseas duties and customs charges aren't included.

Returns

Changed your mind? Send it back within 14 days of purchase for a refund, or within 30 days for an exchange. It needs to be unused, in its original packaging with tags, stickers and accessories, still resaleable, and you'll need proof of purchase.

Sale items are final, including anything bought with a discount code or received as a promotional item.

If you ordered with an account, log in, find the order and select Return Item. Otherwise use the form on our Returns and Exchanges page. Our team will confirm your request and send the next steps. Return postage is at your cost, and shipping costs aren't refundable. Returns can't be sent to our warehouse without speaking to us first.

If you received a free gift with your order, it needs to come back too, or its value is deducted from the refund.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email hello@spencil.com.au with your order number and a photo. We have a no questions asked policy within 14 days of receipt, and a 1 year manufacturer's warranty beyond that. We'll examine the item and be in touch within 2 business days. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
