DESCRIPTION
Built tough from durable stainless steel, it’s leak-proof, food-safe and designed with fold-away handles for little hands. The goldilocks 300ml size is perfect for hot or cold meals and fits neatly in the All-in Lunch Box.
Hot Stuff has a clever half-turn screw lid that’s quick and easy for little hands to close securely.

BEST USE
- Pre-warm your Hot Stuff to keep food hotter longer. Fill with boiling water, rest the lid on top but do not screw on tight. Leave for 5-10 minutes to heat. Empty the water carefully and fill with piping hot food.
- The fuller it is the hotter it will stay!
- It is leak-proof as long as you ensure the lid is firmly fastened and sealed before placing inside the lunch bag or All-in Lunch Box.
- Take care before opening if it contains very hot foods or liquids.
- Do not use the Hot Stuff Food Jar in the microwave, oven or freezer.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash all parts in warm soapy water
- Dishwasher safe - we recommend washing on the top rack, up to 60 degrees
- Wipe off excess moisture from both the inside and outside of the jar after washing and leave open to dry out thoroughly
- For a thorough weekly or bi-weekly clean, remove the silicone seal and hand wash it separately in hot soapy water
- Store the food jar with the lid off when not in use to let the seal fully dry and prevent mould
- Some foods and sauces can stain plastics and silicone
- Don't over-tighten the lid by trying to force it. Because it's got the clever seal, a firm close is all it needs.
- Be sure to use both handles together when opening and closing the lid to avoid putting excessive strain on just one.

Shipping
Orders placed before midday on a business day are usually packed and sent the same day. Everything else is dispatched within two business days.
Free standard shipping on orders over $149. Express is $22.95 flat Australia wide, and express orders placed before 8am are shipped that day. Express isn't available during sale periods.
Once your order leaves us, allow up to 4 business days for delivery depending on where you are. WA, NT and remote areas need a few extra days, and Australia Post currently has an estimated 2 to 3 day delay both to and from WA. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.
Sale, holiday and back to school periods are our busiest, so dispatch can take a little longer. We'll always tell you if something is running behind.
We ship to New Zealand, Asia, North America, the UK and Europe via Australia Post International Express, delivered within 4 to 7 business days from dispatch. New Zealand starts at $20 for up to 1kg. Overseas duties and customs charges aren't included.
Returns
Changed your mind? Send it back within 14 days of purchase for a refund, or within 30 days for an exchange. It needs to be unused, in its original packaging with tags, stickers and accessories, still resaleable, and you'll need proof of purchase.
Sale items are final, including anything bought with a discount code or received as a promotional item.
If you ordered with an account, log in, find the order and select Return Item. Otherwise use the form on our Returns and Exchanges page. Our team will confirm your request and send the next steps. Return postage is at your cost, and shipping costs aren't refundable. Returns can't be sent to our warehouse without speaking to us first.
If you received a free gift with your order, it needs to come back too, or its value is deducted from the refund.
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email hello@spencil.com.au with your order number and a photo. We have a no questions asked policy within 14 days of receipt, and a 1 year manufacturer's warranty beyond that. We'll examine the item and be in touch within 2 business days. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
