These are the terms and conditions on which Spencil, operating under its trading company Spencer Brands Group (SBG) (ACN 136 467 064), is willing to trade with you. Any variation to these terms and conditions must be in writing and signed by a director of SBG.

By using our website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Pricing Policy

The price and description of the product you may purchase from us is as described on our website. Prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time, and SBG reserves the right to maintain pricing policies that may differ between customers.

Product Descriptions

Any description of our product including specifications, illustrations, drawings, data, dimensions and weights is approximate, and is given by way of identification only. The use of that description does not constitute a sale by description and does not form part of our contract with you. You are responsible for ensuring that the product ordered is suitable for its intended use by you. SBG is not liable to you if that product proves to be unsuitable.

Quotations

If we provide you with a quotation, it is valid only for the period of time specified in the quotation or for 30 days, whichever is lesser, and only in respect to the matters set out in the quotation. Our quotations are confidential. You must not disclose the information in our quotations to any other person without our prior written consent.

Any trademark shown on any product is the property of Spencer Brands Group

• The offer is available to the first 100 customers who make a single purchase of $80 or more (excluding shipping) on qualifying new lunch box range of products. Qualifying products include the All-in Lunch Box, Snack Attack Box, and Hot Stuff Insulated Food Jar.

New 2025–2026 Designs – Pre-Order Terms and Conditions 

• The new 2025–2026 Spencil designs are available for pre-order in stages, based on their arrival into the Spencil warehouse. 

Ordering and Payment 

• Customers may pre-order items via our website before they are officially in stock. 
• Payment for pre-order items is required in full at the time of checkout. 
• Pre-order products will be dispatched as soon as they arrive in stock at our warehouse. 
• All pre-orders valued at $75 or more will receive one FREE A5 Notebook. Design is based on stock availability and is subject to change. 
• An order confirmation will be emailed to customers once payment has been made. 

Estimated Arrival and Dispatch 

• Arrival dates vary by product and are subject to change due to shipping delays. 
• Once your pre-order item is in stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation when it has been dispatched. 
• Pre-orders will begin dispatch between 10th and 12th October 2025 in order of priority from the date of order confirmation. 
• Please allow standard shipping times from the date of dispatch. 

Combining Pre-Order and In-Stock Items 

• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available. 
• To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. Please note separate freight charges will apply. 

Cancellations and Changes 

• Pre-orders cannot be amended or cancelled due to change of mind. 

Returns 

• Our standard returns policy applies to all pre-order items from the date of delivery.
