How do I create a Spencil Star account?
To become a Spencil Star Member, you must complete the online join process on our Website HERE, or consent to become a Member as part of an online transaction.
How do I earn Spencil Dollars?
To earn Spencil Dollars, you must be logged into your Spencil Star account prior to the completion of your Eligible Transaction. Rewards may be earned as follows:
- ONE Spencil Dollar per every $10 Australian Dollars spent on Eligible Transactions made whilst logged into your Spencil Star Account
- TWO Spencil Dollars for every eligible Product Review on items purchased
- ONE Spencil Dollar when a friend you have referred signs up to the Spencil Star Digital Rewards Program
- THREE Spencil Dollars when a friend you have referred places their first order as a Spencil Star account holder
How do I redeem my Spencil Dollars?
To redeem your Spencil Dollars you must be logged into your Spencil Star account before the Checkout page of your purchase. If you are logged in, your checkout will display your current total of Spencil Dollars available with the option to select how many Spencil Dollars you would like to allocate towards your purchase.
What can I purchase using Spencil Dollars?
Spencil Dollars can be used on all eligible purchases via our website, including the purchase of eGift Vouchers and Sale Items, however cannot be used for Shipping costs.
How do I update my contact details?
You can update your information at any time by logging into your Spencil Star account via our website HERE.
Can I create more than one Spencil Star account?
At this point in time, we can only assign ONE user per Spencil Star account. However, Spencil Star accounts must have a unique email address to be registered, therefore you can create more than one Spencil Star account for as many unique email addresses you own.
Why can’t I see my Spencil Dollars?
You should receive an automatic email each time an eligible transaction is made resulting in the accumulation of Spencil Dollars. If you have not received this email, check your rewards balance in your Spencil Star account by logging in via our website, Spencil.com. If you have not received your rewards, your transaction may not be eligible. If you believe there is an error with your transaction and you have not received your rewards, please contact us HERE.
Why haven’t I received a reward for my Product Review?
Spencil Dollars are awarded to eligible transactions only. In order for a Product Review to be eligible, it must be approved by Spencil management. Approval is based on criteria such as the customer having purchased the item previously to offer an authentic review.
