Who do we mean by we?
When we refer to ‘we’ ‘our’ or ‘us’ we mean the company The Trustee For The Spencer Brands Group Trust, trading as Spencil. We’re an Australian, family-owned business based in Pine Mountain, just outside Ipswich in Queensland’s southeast corner.

Why do we collect, use and hold your personal information?
Spencil collects, uses and holds your personal information to better understand your needs as a customer and to help us provide you with better service. We will endeavor to only take information from you which is reasonably necessary for our business functions. Who do we share your information with?
Spencil respects the right of users to remain anonymous and endeavours not to knowingly disclose user identities. Spencil will only disclose your personal information when we believe, in good faith, that the disclosure is required by law and then only to appropriate regulatory authorities.

All our email and SMS based services to our members are opt-in and members have the ability to opt-out (i.e. to suspend or cancel all marketing communications from Spencil) at any time. You have control of your preferences and can change them by going to https://www.spencil.com.au/login or clicking the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of all electronic product updates, special promotions and newsletter emails and SMS that Spencil sends. Alternatively if you would like to unsubscribe from receiving direct mail or electronic marketing communications please contact us at hello@spencil.com.au and we will remove your details from our database. We will still contact you with service communications where a service or product request has been made such as online purchase and delivery updates.

SMS Privacy Policy
The Spencil website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
