How quickly will I get my card?

Spencil eGift Card orders will be sent to the eGift Card recipient on the day that the purchaser specifies.  The purchaser is also notified when the eGift Card has been sent to their recipient.  If you don’t receive notification that the eGift Card has been sent, please email

What will I receive after I purchase an eGift Card?

You will receive an email that contains the details of the eGift Card including the redemption code, recipient and message.  

How do I use my eGift Card online?

To redeem your eGift Card, simply add items to your cart, then upon check out, click on Shopping Cart and enter in your eGift Card code in the Gift Card area.  The amount of your order will then be deducted from your eGift Card and any remaining amount will stay on your card for future use (subject to the terms and conditions of issue).  You can combine your gift card payment with other payment types but please ensure that you enter your gift card details first.

What if my eGift Card is lost?

If you cannot find your eGift Card notification email, then please contact and we will re-issue it to you.

How do I check the balance of my eGift Card?

You can check your balance at  Just login or create an Account, then go to eGift Cards, enter in your gift card code and the remaining balance will be displayed.

Do eGift Cards expire?

eGift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any balance that remains on the eGift Card after expiry will not be available for use. The expiry date and other terms and conditions of issue can be found on the email containing the eGift Card.

Can I purchase eGift Cards and items in the same transaction?

Yes, you can purchase an eGift Card along with other items in the same transaction.
